In Store Purchases
We sincerely hope you love your purchases!
Items may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 10 days of purchase. Anything after 10 days will not be accepted. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given.
Only items purchased at Monkee’s of The Woodlands will be eligible for return. Must have original receipt. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached.
Hats, accessories, sunglasses, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, home, trunk show items, handbags, special orders, and all SALE items are FINAL SALE.
Online Purchases
Clothing and shoes can be exchanged or returned for store credit if sent back by mail or returned to the store within 14 days of purchase.
All returns must be unworn with original tags and/or in original packaging with receipt to exchange or store credit.
All exchanges and returns for store credit can be returned in person at Monkee’s of The Woodlands, or sent to the following address:

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. All website returns/exchanges will be issued a store credit that can be used in store or online at Monkee’s of The Woodlands. Please note, all Monkee’s are individually owned and operated, and all exchanges or returns must be done at Monkee’s of The Woodlands location.
